FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to provide personal data?
That's the great part, you're not required to provide revenue info, your social security number, date of birth, or any other personal data. The IRS calculates Reasonable Compensation based on the value of the duties and responsibilities.
What information do I need for the questionnaire?
The questionnaire lists a large number of duties and responsibilities. You are required to select the ones you perform and give an approximate number of hours you perform each task during a typical 40 hour week. That's it.
What's in the Report?
Where do you get your data from?
We use data from RCReports. The leader in data collection for Reasonable Compensation Analysis.
Supported by a team of data scientists, RCReports' database host over 100 million wage data points and meets strict confidence level requirements. Over 35 million of those data points are exclusive to RCReports.
Can I purchase reports for prior years?
Yes. This is very common when people are going through an audit. You can purchase reports as far back as 2001.
Can I purchase reports for other employees?
Absolutely. It's common practice for employers to conduct a compensation study on key positions.
How long does it take to get the report?
It's instantaneous. As soon as you complete the questionnaire, your report shows up on the screen in draft form. You have 30 days to modify your answers on the report. On the 30th day, the report will finalize if you haven't done so sooner.
Once I pay for my report, how quickly will I receive it?
After purchase, you can access the questionnaire via link and email. Please check your spam if you don't see the email within 10 minutes.
